Lower Alsace Ambulance

Info

 Lower Alsace Volunteer Ambulance Association provides both Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) service to the Borough of St. Lawrence.  Lower Alsace Ambulance provides this service without charge to the Municipality, instead individuals and households may choose to SUBSCRIBE for ambulance service.  For the annual cost of $35 for an individual or $60 for a household.  For full membership information:  https://www.laems555.org/membership-terms-and-conditions

With a subscription , Lower Alsace Ambulance will bill your insurance company and accept whatever they pay as payment in full.  The subscription includes emergency transports to the hospital and 5 non-transport responses, which includes lift assists and medical evaluations (blood sugar problems).

You may also choose to make a donation in addition to a subscription.  For more information contact Phil Salamone, Director of Operations @ 610-779-0190 option 2

If you receive an insurance reimbursement for an ambulance transport, please forward the payment immediately to Lower Alsace Ambulance - 750 North 25th St., Reading PA 19606
