A Uniform Construction Code Permit is required if you intend to construct, enlarge, move, demolish or change a residential OR commercial building. All trades need to register with the Borough. Includes Building, Plumbing/Mechanical & Electrical Permits. For instance: swimming pool, roof, siding, interior renovations (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), decks >30" off the ground, structural repairs, additions, etc.
