Your permit will be denied and sent back if it is illegible, is not complete with a current market value of the job, or does not include the trade registration, license, and insurance.
A Uniform Construction Code Permit is required if you intend to construct, enlarge, move, demolish or change a residential OR commercial building. All trades need to register with the Borough. Includes Building, Plumbing/Mechanical & Electrical Permits. For instance: solar panels, swimming pool, roof, siding, interior renovations (bathroom, kitchen, etc.), decks >30" off the ground, structural repairs, additions, etc.
Zoning Permits required for all Residential and Commercial Projects. Involving a change in use, expansion, additions, install a swimming pool (includes blow up pools), fences, sheds, etc.
